Healthy Eating Week - Task 5

We filled out a sheet for Healthy Eating Week. We brought home a sheet for homework where we had to try eat 7 portions of fruit or vegetables per day. Even if we couldn't get our full 7 a day, we tried to improve over the days. We got to try new fruits and vegetables too. We also continued over the weekend so we could eat healthy on the weekend too. We couldn't eat only one or two strawberries or one or two raspberries. If we were eating foods like berries, we would have to eat at least 7 or 8 berries to make a proper portion. Also on Friday, we did a fruit and vegetables quiz. We learned lots of facts about different fruits and vegetables too.
